Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether adding a new immune-boosting drug, epcoritamab, to two existing targeted therapies (ibrutinib and venetoclax) can improve outcomes for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have TP53 alterations. These genetic changes make the disease harder to treat and more likely to progress.
