Video chat boosts heart failure Self-Care in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding a video call education session helps heart failure patients improve their self-care skills, like monitoring weight and symptoms. About 100 adults with heart failure will take part. All receive standard teaching; half also get a video call three months later. The goal is to see if the video call leads to better self-care and quality of life.
