New heart rehab study tests hybrid approach to boost patient participation
NCT ID NCT07541014
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a heart rehab program that combines telehealth sessions at home with some clinic visits helps more people stick with it and improve their fitness compared to the standard all-clinic program. About 250 adults who had a heart attack or related condition in the past year will take part. The goal is to see if the hybrid approach makes rehab easier to complete while still getting the same health benefits.
