Remote Mind-Body program aims to ease knee pain without pills

Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week telehealth program combining exercise and mindfulness can reduce pain and improve function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 66 adults aged 50 and older with persistent knee pain will participate entirely from home. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable before larger studies.
