Summary
This study checks whether a test that uses play to measure arm and hand movement in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy is reliable when done through telehealth. About 35 children aged 2–10 will each attend one in-person visit and one video visit, playing with toys while being scored. The goal is to see if remote assessments are as valid and engaging as in-person ones, and how parents and providers feel about them.
