This study tested an 8-week exercise program done at home via video calls to see if it could reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in nurses with long COVID. 68 nurses who had long COVID symptoms like tiredness and breathing trouble took part. The program aimed to boost heart and lung fitness, which may help ease symptoms and stress.
