This study tested an 8-week tele-rehab exercise program for nurses with long COVID. 68 nurses who had lasting symptoms like fatigue and shortness of breath took part. The program aimed to reduce tiredness, stress, and other long COVID symptoms while improving quality of life. Results showed that guided home exercise can help ease these ongoing issues.
