Virtual workout study aims to empower spinal cord injury patients

Summary

This study tests a live, group tele-exercise program (TEEMS) for 200 adults with spinal cord injury. Participants will join online classes or watch pre-recorded videos for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the live program improves exercise confidence, physical activity, and quality of life compared to videos alone.
