Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week group exercise class done over video can improve psychological and social well-being in people with spinal cord injury. What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a convenient, home-based way to improve mood, confidence, and social participation for people with spinal cord injury.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study (35 people) with no blinding or placebo control. Results may not apply to everyone, and the program may not produce lasting benefits.
