Virtual workouts show promise for spinal cord injury recovery

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week online group exercise program can improve mood, confidence, and social participation in people with spinal cord injury (SCI). About 35 adults with SCI will take part in virtual classes led by a fitness instructor and a peer with SCI. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, depression, pain, and social engagement through surveys and interviews.
