This study will develop and test a digital mental health program called 'VIBE in the Parks' for teens aged 13-24 who use Chicago Park District programs. About 268 participants will either get access to this program or a digital CBT workbook. The goal is to see if the program helps reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and is easy to use.
