App-Based mouth exercises aim to quiet snoring
NCT ID NCT06905951
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether doing simple mouth, tongue, and throat exercises using a mobile app can improve snoring and sleep apnea better than following a paper guide. The 34 participants are adults with mild to severe obstructive sleep apnea who could not or would not use a CPAP machine. Researchers will measure oxygen levels, breathing pauses, and snoring to see which method works best.
