Summary

This study is testing whether a new digital care system can improve quality of life for older adults who have cancer along with other health conditions. It will involve 720 patients aged 70+ with breast, lung, colorectal, or prostate cancer across eight hospitals in France. The main goal is to see if using a special smartphone/tablet app for care coordination leads to better life quality scores after six months.
