Summary

This study tested a new way to help older adults with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar. Instead of traditional finger-prick tests, participants used a non-invasive device and a health app to get personalized care. 60 people aged 60 and older took part in the 8-week trial to see if the technology improved blood sugar control and self-care habits.
