Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve depression and other non-motor symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. About 80 participants will receive either real or fake (sham) stimulation for 30 minutes over 10 sessions. The goal is to see if this approach can safely ease mood and cognitive issues without medication.
