Summary

This study tests a 28-day daily pill (rifapentine plus isoniazid) to prevent tuberculosis (TB) in children under 13 years old, including those with HIV. About 144 children will join, split into groups based on HIV status, and be followed for 24 weeks. The goal is to find the best dose and ensure the treatment is safe.
