Summary

This study aims to see if giving small cash payments to families can increase tuberculosis (TB) screening in rural Tanzania, where many cases go undiagnosed. Researchers will also look at how malnutrition affects the risk of developing active TB. About 360 people with TB and their household members will take part over three years.
