Summary

This study tested whether a noninvasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear (taVNS) could help improve sleep in people with stage I-IV breast cancer. Twenty participants completed the trial, and researchers measured how practical and acceptable the treatment was. The goal was to find a drug-free way to ease insomnia in cancer patients.
