Nerve zapping may steady heart and BP in Parkinson's patients

Summary

This study tests a gentle, non-invasive nerve stimulation method (taVNS) to see if it can improve how the body controls heart rate and blood pressure in people with Parkinson's disease. 24 participants will receive the stimulation while performing simple physical tasks. The goal is to learn if taVNS could be a helpful addition to physical therapy and daily activities.
