This trial investigates whether sensory-motor hand rehabilitation can improve cognitive functions like memory, attention, and reaction time in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty-two participants with mild cognitive impairment will be randomly assigned to either hand rehabilitation plus cognitive training or cognitive training alone.
