First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at nearly 1,000 people with severe aortic stenosis (a narrowed heart valve) and blocked heart arteries. It compares doing artery stenting before versus after valve replacement to see which order is safer and more effective. The goal is to reduce death, heart attacks, repeat procedures, and major bleeding.
