Summary

This study uses a special PET scan to measure a protein called tau in the brains of 160 people with Alzheimer's disease. The goal is to see how tau buildup relates to memory, thinking, race, and heart health risks. Participants are already part of a larger Alzheimer's research program. No new treatments are being tested—only imaging and data collection.
