Summary

This study looked at how taste, food cravings, and eating behavior differ in people with type 2 diabetes compared to healthy individuals. It also examined whether the diabetes drug liraglutide changes these factors. The study involved 90 participants split into three groups: diabetics starting liraglutide, diabetics not on the drug, and healthy volunteers. Measurements were taken over several months to track changes in food preferences and salivation.
