NCT ID NCT05343013
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding celecoxib to TAS-102 can clear tiny bits of cancer DNA (ctDNA) from the blood of colorectal cancer patients who have finished standard chemotherapy. About 25 adults with no visible tumors but positive ctDNA tests will receive TAS-102 alone or with celecoxib for 6 months. The goal is to see if the combination can eliminate these leftover cancer cells and reduce the risk of recurrence.
