New hope for brain tumors? drug combo trial opens for teens and adults

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, tarlatamab and temozolomide, in teens and adults with high-grade brain tumors that have a specific marker called DLL3. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink or control the tumors. About 70 people will take part, and the treatment is not expected to be a cure, but rather to manage the disease.
