Summary
This study tested a program for older adults (ages 65-90) who had breast, colorectal, or prostate cancer. A community health worker assessed their health and provided coaching to address issues often missed after cancer treatment. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible and helps improve physical function and well-being. 30 participants were enrolled.
