First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study compares two once-daily pills—tadalafil (5 mg) and solifenacin (5 mg)—to see which better relieves overactive bladder symptoms in women. About 480 women aged 18 to 75 with symptoms for at least 3 months will participate. Over 12 weeks, they will track bladder habits and complete questionnaires. The goal is to find which medicine reduces urgency and frequent urination more effectively.
