Can a common ED drug help severe lung disease patients walk farther?

Summary
This study tests whether tadalafil, a drug that relaxes blood vessels, can improve exercise ability in people with severe high blood pressure in the lungs caused by COPD. About 200 adults will receive either tadalafil or a placebo pill for 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if those on tadalafil can walk farther in six minutes.
