Summary
This study tests whether tadalafil, a drug that improves blood flow, can thicken the uterine lining and increase pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility. About 100 women who have good-quality frozen embryos will take tadalafil before embryo transfer. The main goal is to see if more women become pregnant with this treatment.
