First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether tadalafil, a drug that improves blood flow, can help women with unexplained infertility have better pregnancy outcomes during IVF. About 100 women with good-quality frozen embryos will take tadalafil to see if it thickens the uterine lining and increases positive pregnancy tests. The goal is to find a simple way to improve IVF success without major side effects.
