Summary
This study tests a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in 40 adults with advanced breast cancer that has no HER2 protein (HER2-0). Participants get the drug every 3 weeks. The goal is to see if it shrinks tumors and which patients benefit most.
