Experimental immune cell treatment tested against nine deadly cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety of a new treatment called ADP-A2M4CD8, which uses a patient's own modified immune cells to fight cancer. The study will enroll 120 adults with one of nine advanced cancers who have specific genetic markers. Researchers will give the cell therapy alone or combined with established immunotherapy drugs to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
