This study is testing a program called TĀCcare 2.0, which combines medication and talk therapy to help people on hemodialysis manage pain, fatigue, and depression. About 424 adults who have been on dialysis for at least 3 months will take part. The goal is to see if this team-based approach improves their daily life and well-being.
