Summary
This study tests a special guide (Swedish Palliative Care Guide) to help nursing home staff provide better care for older adults, including those with dementia. The goal is to make patients and families feel more informed and secure about future care. About 400 residents will take part, and researchers will check if the guide improves communication and care planning.
