Summary
This early-phase study tests a cancer vaccine called SurVaxM in 35 children with brain tumors that have come back or are hard to treat. The vaccine is designed to teach the body's immune system to find and destroy tumor cells carrying a protein called survivin. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can help control tumor growth.
