This study looked at how often brief contact interventions (like phone calls or texts) should happen to reduce suicide risk in psychiatric patients after they leave the hospital. About 500 adults with psychosis or major depression were followed for a year. The goal was to find the best check-in schedule and see if it helps keep people safe.
