Summary

This study tests a new program called SUFICS-PACT to help prostate cancer survivors deal with sexual and urinary problems after treatment. The program uses a team of specialists, including a counselor and a nurse, to provide personalized care. The study will involve 200 adults who have been treated for prostate cancer at Bellevue Hospital in New York City.
