New heart procedure tested for safety and success

Summary

This study looks at how well and how safely a new catheter (Varipulse) works for treating a type of irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation. About 50 adults with this condition will receive the procedure. Researchers will check if the treatment successfully blocks faulty electrical signals and monitor for any side effects.
