Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic supplement (UltraFlora Triplebiotic) can help adults avoid regaining weight after they stop taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Wegovy. About 128 people who recently stopped GLP-1 treatment will take the supplement or a placebo for 3 months. The main goal is to see if the supplement reduces weight regain.
