Summary

This study tests a wearable device that delivers very low-intensity electromagnetic fields to the brain, aiming to help people with chronic stroke recover arm movement and reduce disability. The trial will enroll 25 adults who had a stroke 6 months to 5 years ago and have moderate arm impairment. Participants will use the device during therapy sessions to see if it is safe and effective for improving function.
