Summary
This trial tests whether practicing walking while doing a second task — like talking or carrying something — improves balance and reduces fall risk more than simply repeating walking exercises. The study enrolls adults aged 40 to 70 who had a stroke 6 months to 1 year ago and still have trouble with balance and walking. Participants will receive 45-minute training sessions three times a week for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in balance, walking speed, muscle strength, and confidence.
