Summary
This trial tests whether adding rhythmic auditory stimulation (like a metronome) to task-oriented training improves lower limb function, balance, and motivation in people recovering from a stroke. Participants, aged 40 to 60 with a first-time stroke within the past six months, will receive either standard task-oriented training or the same training paired with rhythmic beats.
