Stroke survivors wanted for landmark recovery registry

Summary
This study is building a large registry of people who have had a stroke and still have symptoms. The goal is to connect them with researchers working on new ways to improve recovery. Anyone 18 or older with a past stroke and ongoing symptoms can join.
