New weapon tested against tough cancers that have stopped responding

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and early signs of effectiveness of a new drug called STRO-004 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The trial will test STRO-004 alone and in combination with an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) across several cancer types. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
