Summary

This study looks at whether people with multiple myeloma who have been in a deep remission (called MRD-negative) for at least 3 years can stop their maintenance therapy and just be monitored closely. The goal is to see if stopping treatment keeps the cancer under control for at least one more year. About 50 participants will be followed to see if this approach is safe and effective.
