First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a vaccine (SVN53-67/M57-KLH) designed to help the immune system recognize and attack multiple myeloma cells. It is given alongside a standard maintenance drug (lenalidomide) to 18 patients who have already responded to initial treatment. The main goals are to check safety and see if the vaccine boosts the body's immune response against cancer.
