Summary

This study tests a DNA vaccine called STEMVAC in people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. The vaccine teaches the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. It is given alongside standard maintenance therapy to see if it can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
