Summary

This study offered an experimental treatment using donor stem cells given through an IV to people who had a recent (within 9 days) ischemic stroke. The goal was to see if the stem cells could help the brain heal and improve recovery. It was available to adults aged 18 to 80 with a specific type of stroke in a certain brain area.
