Summary
This pilot trial tests whether a patient's own stem cells can help the heart muscle recover in people with advanced chronic heart failure who already have a mechanical heart pump (LVAD). Ten patients will receive their own CD34+ stem cells injected into a heart artery. Researchers will measure changes in heart function, walking ability, and quality of life over six months.
