Summary
This study tests a personalized stem cell therapy for 10 people with advanced heart failure who already have a mechanical heart pump (LVAD). Two months after LVAD surgery, patients receive their own stem cells injected into the heart. Researchers will check if this improves heart function, exercise ability, and quality of life over six months.
