Summary
This early-stage study tests whether stem cells from umbilical cords can help women with infertility due to a thin uterine lining. The treatment uses a collagen carrier to deliver the cells into the uterus. Researchers will track pregnancy rates and safety in 24 women aged 20-39 who have good frozen embryos.
