New program aims to ease anxiety and depression in teen refugees

Summary
This study tests whether a culturally adapted skills training program called START NOW can reduce depression and anxiety in teenage refugees. About 80 participants aged 14 to 18 will be randomly assigned to either the START NOW program or standard care. Researchers will compare changes in mental health symptoms to see if the program is more effective.
