Summary

This study tests whether psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with therapy can safely reduce PTSD symptoms in US Veterans. Fifteen participants will receive two guided sessions plus psychotherapy. The goal is to measure safety and symptom improvement, not to cure PTSD.
